Artist History
Discovered guitar-playing around the campfire. "Say It Aint So" by Murray Head was the first song.
Forever intrigued by guitar, followed the course of life's river to La Patrie, Quebec, where they make guitars.
Later played in rock bands: "E.C. Riders" and "Feedback". In Montreal, 1991, opened "Jimi's Music Store" (think...GUITARS!)
Now, after steeping in the tea-riffic talent of NDG, influenced and motivated by
the customer's at Jimi's, ventured into the spotlight as "East Coast Wendy and The West".
Recently Steve Blanchard, after some dicroism, has left the band to concentrate on his music in "Somber".
We were fortunate to hook up with drummer Alan Wong as we are in the process
of a 2nd official album. We have recently been added to the playlist at K103.7 FM.
after an exciting interview on the morning show "Up & At 'em".
