The Spike Experts is a collective term I use for everyone I have come into contact with who have had some kind of musical relationship.
Most of the music is put together by computer and the results are diverse. |

Artist History
Started in 1982 with a Casio VL-Tone.
Upgraded to a Siel Mono synth early 1984 donated by Sam Fisher
Got together with John (Maz) Marriot, an old school friend, in 1984 with his Yamaha CS-5.
In 1987, Eddie Smith moves to Clapham, London and spends about 9 months there working at an off-license at Clapham Junction. He buys another Casio keyboard and makes some new compositions.
1990 - Eddie gets together with John Pilkington to do some experiments with his Fostex X-15 and his video camera.
In 1991, Eddie buys a Fostex X-26 4-track tape recorder and buys a Yamaha PSR-47 keyboard. This gives him the tools he has always wanted!
1997 - Eddie gets his first PC. After over 10 years waiting, Eddie can affordably sample!!!
2003 - Decided to record an album... |
