Artist History
Formed as an offshoot of File Gumbo by Marc
Bristol and frequent Gumbo added attraction Joel
Tepp (who has toured with Bonnie Raitt, Maria
Muldaur, Danny O'Keefe, Spencer Davis & more) the
group is named in honor of the Legendary Clarence
Blisswater, about whom little is known. The
concept began evolving in the late '70s, and has
culminated in the forming of this group, around
1990. Though they may appear infrequently, it's
only because the guys have other bands and
committments.
