Artist History
The Stone Cutters are an acid punk trio consisting of a blistering guitar sound, heart poundin’ drums, chest rockin’ bass . . .and harmonica for kicks. Fed up with “Pop-Punk,” being the industry standard, The Stone Cutters came together based on a genuine love for the performing, and work to return a sense of pride to music, which has been generally lacking over the past few years. King Snax is a Brighton Beach native who’s been playing music for ten years. He’s played percussion for numerous experimental bands including Plan B, D & E, and 1-2-3. Dr. V, a Hell’s Kitchen, NY native has been playing in numerous bands since the ripe age of 13. He has played guitar and bass for punk and Oi! acts such as, The Junk Bonds, Sidney Bean, and Demigogue. Soylent James, a Bronx survivor, and film school renegade has been involved with music for seven years. Blues and jazz acts consisted of InterZone and The Leg Humpers. |
