    Artist History
Postcards Home is a punk/emo trio from Salt Lake City, Utah. The band formed in early 2001, spawning from another band called Nothing From Nothing. They would play shows in basements, for fundraisers, and anything else they chould get their grubby little mitts on. In October of the same year, problems in the band occuried and that called for a new drummer. Evan and Stevo could not find a drummer that would play their style of music, because none of the local drummers could keep up with them. Enter fate, an unknown, unpopular kid named Scott Fowles had been playing drums since he was a toddler. No one at the school liked him, especially the punk kids. Try as he might, he couldn't put a band together. He would spend all of his time playing along to Blink 182 CD's in his room. But not for much longer. Scott got a call one day from the band asking if he wanted to "try out". Of course he said yes. And the rest my friend is history. Today Postcards Home is a widely known band in the Salt Lake area At home, they have a cult like following of kids. Their music is fun, fast, and LOUD. As you can see, the Postcards boys will be a major force in the near future.
