Artist description
January Fire is a band made up of members with a
variety of influences that range from bands like
Motley Crue, Ozzy, Ratt to guitarists such as
Satriani, Randy Rhoads, etc..., along with jazz
artists. These members are capable of playing
almost anything, but play the music that is
dictated strictly by passion and heart, driven by
musical excellence and dynamic imagery. January
Fire may sound similar to bands like Creed and
Nickleback, but the musicianship, passion and
aggression definitely sets them apart. |

Artist History
If one were to trace the roots of January Fire
one would have to go back to 1989 when bassist,
Eric Vancil meet vocalist/guitarist Jason Caine.
The two became fast friends and formed a band.
As time went on so did many members of the various
bands in which they would play. In 1997, the band
Adam's Revenge was formed by drummer, CAB, a veteran
of the Los Angeles music scene in the 1980's. CAB
and Eric soon began jamming, and later Jay was invited
to join this tour de force. Many years and members
later, Jay and Eric split with CAB in order to pursue
other music pursuits, including the band 5 Star Buzz.
Jay and Eric yearned to play heavier music, and soon
CAB was invited into what has become the band,
January Fire. With varied influences yet a desire
and chemistry that binds them together, January
Fire has put their unique stamp on the modern
rock scene that is sure to be long remembered. |
