Artist History Rule 22 formed in December of 2000, and the only permanent member was Tom 22, with different drummers and bassists every now and then. However, we now have a solid line up that consists of Tom 22 on guitar and vocals, Dave 22 on bass and back up vocals, and Quinn 22 on drums and pants.
