Artist History
After a successful Canadian tour and a couple weekend stints south of the border; the Ottawa, Ontario hardcore punk outfit Us Against Them decided to call it a day. From the ashes of its remaining members; Hartsfield was founded in late 2002. This came about after the acquisition of Eric Gilmore and Jon Desilva who had become friends with Pat Lam over the past year. Other former UAT members include Ryan Hanson and Jeff Cole.
In January of 2003, Hartsfield entered Kanata's Addictive Sound Studios with Dean Hadjichristou (The Fully Down, Off The Mark, Pinkslip, The Transit) and recorded a demo. The demo is catchy and hummable showcasing their strong melodies and solid harmonies.
Hartsfield is currently writing songs for their debut full length release. With a fresh spirit and pride in their intense and energetic performance on stage, they are ready to take on the road and tour non-stop. |
