Artist History
Paul E. Davis and Alan Tucker are coworkers not in the music field, although Alan was a working drummer years ago. Paul had a collection of lyrics that he handed off to Alan to see if he could do anything with them since he noodled in home recording. Three initial demos resulted in late 1993 (To Your Self Be True, Foggy Gray, & Crosswinds), recorded on an old Dokorder 7140 reel-to-reel. Later, those songs were rerecorded and new ones slowly added until a modest CD compilation was completed in 2001. Paul's dream is to sell songs and become rich (or at least get one royalty from a song). Alan's dream is for rock music to become more musical again and free of conglomerate manipulation or L.C.D. pandering (fat chance of that, eh?). For a definition of L.C.D., see a math book. |
