Artist History
“My Own Hero” was formed in 1997 after Guitarist Damian Bacci split from swing bards “Rocket 88” to form “Blue Flame Combo.” After releasing 3 CDs with subsidiaries of Britsh label “Nervous Records™,” the band changed their name to “My Own Hero” and redefined their originally Rockibilly/Punk sound to infuse a more Power-Pop influence while remaining true to their suave 50s style. “My Own Hero” has become one of the elite acts in not only the Tampa Bay area, but all over the Florida circuit and East Coast United States. |
