Artist description We're a Central MA group that plays off-kilter rock music.

Music Style Indie/Pop-rock type stuff which sounds more emo every day...god help me.

Musical Influences Weezer, They Might be Giants, current garage-rock like the White Stripes, Captain Beefheart, obscure indie rock like Kid Icarus and the Kazoomy Love Guns, and Jandek, all of whom we cover.

Similar Artists We wouldn't want to insult them.

Artist History Formed 11/02 at Bancroft School in Worcester MA. Brian the drummer came up with the name "The Casual Fridays". Brian quit the band in March, with not enough time to devote fully to the project. In summer 2003 Cliff and Seed joined the band. Plans to rock the casbah.

Albums Basement (EP) is out. The Casual Fridays (debut) to be released by end of summer 2003.
