Artist description KIX Sweden is a pop/rock band playing about 50% covers and 50% own stuff. We use lots of guitars, but also some synths when recording. I guess we're quite an unusual band. Some say we play "slam pop".

Artist History KIX Sweden formed in the year of 1997. We've had some 30 gigs around Sandviken and Gävle, and recorded our first cassette demo in feb-mar '98. In the summer of 2000 we will be releasing our new demo CD "Fair game / Blue / WWW".

Group Members Johan Bakke (24) - vocals & rythm guitar, Erik Tydén (19) - guitars & backing vocals, Kristoffer Eriksson (19) - bass & backing vocals, Mattias Simonsson (19) - drums.

Instruments Guitars, drums, bass (and sometimes, when recording, synths).
