Artist History
We started out in 1999 as a cover band...we played a couple of gigs, but nothing really happened...in 2000 we broke up, went separate ways...after doing our own thing for a while, we decided to put the band togethet (Jon, Cesar & Rafa)...gilberto came to the rescue playing bass...this is when we started as a christian metal band...after some succesful shows, we started facing many problems and gilberto left the band...not knowing what was gonna happen then, we found lemuel after leaving his former band (After Omega)...we put ourselves together as a 4 piece band and had a very successful answer...our name got the respect we always dreamed of and we were preaching God's Word everywhere...soon, without any warnings, Rafael left the band to remain with his band Aposento...later, we call it quit, but with Lemuel back and Michael taking on Rafael's boots, we got together and rearrange the songs to improve what we started earlier...this is GualakA Now...we're still looking for a new lead singer and only God knows what will happen..until then we can only pray and look everywhere...M.F.G. |
