Artist History
Brandon's initial exposure to music came at an early age. His Grandfather worked as a professional musician in big bands during the `30's and `40's, and his father and uncle studied and pursued musical interests. As a child, Brandon was fascinated watching his father play guitar. This early influence later manifested when he began studying the guitar at age 10.
In the summer of 2000, Brandon formed Kallisti with fellow Lamont alum Conrad Kehn, drummer David Hesker, and bassist Steve Millen. In the fall of 2001, Kallisti parted ways with Steve, adding bassist Lawrence Kung and violinist Carrie Beeder. With this new line-up, the band is now performing in the Denver scene.
