Artist History Founded in Laytonville in October 2001 under the name Ye Old Skabbard. After several attempts at finding a guitar player, bass player Lauren Pike chose to assume guitar duties. Shortly after, both Lauren and drummer Luke Boutiette agreed to change the name of band, due to a progression of musical style which needed a more brutal name.
