Artist History
Darvoset sprang onto the Orange County scene
back in late 2001. Growing tired and bored
with the stale atmosphere surrounding music
these days, the members of Darvoset strive
hard to bring a fresh sound to today’s music.
Their unique brand of edgy, synth-driven pop
borrows from '80s icons like Depeche Mode
and Duran Duran, intertwined with harder
undertones of such icons as Black Sabbath.
With Volbeda out front weaving dark, moody
lyrics into a percolating mix of rhythm and
vintage keys, the band dishes up a collection
of flashy, intelligent & mainstream material.

Press Reviews
“SEEING Darvoset, and LISTENING to their music,
is so REFRESHING!” says Dionne Kemp, station
manager at Crush Radio. “They have a uniquely
fresh look as well, which helps express
their creative talents.” “It’s nice to see a
band like Darvoset being equally conscious of
the value of putting out great music mixed
with a definitive style and image.”
