Artist History
James Rowand and Art Hardie founded Spacebar more than eight years ago in a garage with a Yamaha keyboard, an Ibanez electric guitar and a trusty ol' four-track. Since then, the pair have crafted more than 200 songs, all with skillful arrangement and writing. Drummer Brandon Denton was acquired by Spacebar several years ago and has remained a friend and steady time-keeper for the band. Guitarist Willie Ferris was added to Spacebar in November 2002 and has brought his blend of grit and steadiness to the outfit. Steve Schwadron came on board as bassist in April 2003. That's a quick version of how things have reached the pinnacle of pop-excellence that Spacebar is today. Of course, tons of other crazy sh** took place, but that's a novel in itself. |
