Artist History Dime and Rese hooked up in 2001 and put out a few underground cd's with the boy from the boot project dub. The third member of their group Project Dub moved back to Lousiana so they split ways. Dime went on to record his solo debut The Time Is Now, while Rese crafted the art of making beats. During the recording process dime was in need of an singer for a hook thats when he met rese's cousin Brandon. They worked well in the studio and it also got dime talking about music with Rese again so he put him onthe undisputed hottest song on the album Everday Thang feat. Young Vell. The beat was made by Rese's younger brother black. They began talking about making music again and through dimes demo were signed to Hustle Hard records. During this time Dime met Havix who didnt rap at the time or just didnt know he did. Havix was trying to work his way in the hustle hard family but he just didnt have the talent and when havix and dime were told to make a song for a school project they were forced to make music together. Dime wasnt that hyped on it but when they went in the studio Dime was blown away by Havix's energy it was magic. So havix got the seal of approval. While getting the family started dimechase put a name out by battling anyone anytime he met a rapper named B.T. and they had an intense battle, and from then on didnt conversate with each other and bein the top 2 battlers at school they were enemies. Then Brandon introduced B.T. to the family and we wernt gonna have em as part of us but as soon as we got him in the studio it was a wrap the hustlehard family was completed and bayou boy we see u out there hold it down for double H.
