Artist description
"In early 2003, in a small dirty club in St. Louis, Missouri, something bizarre happened. The black-frame wearing, messenger bag clad kids uncrossed their arms, quit staring at their shoes, and started dancing. Coming from the stage, angular guitars and sonically dense keyboards floated over a driving drum beat; a combination of sounds that could at any time transform into either a frantic chaotic tension or an anthematic pop chorus. At the end of it all, no preconceived notion was left unsmashed, and no ass was left unshaken. The band responsible for this madness: So Many Dynamos."

"So Many Dynamos create in each song their own sharp rhythms and styles, consistently keeping your attention with a speed change or intricate drumbeat, never allowing your mind to drift offstage." - Becky Gehling, Playback Magazine |
