Artist History JD, Jay and Dwayne met along time ago in a band called the Gripweads and payed out in the Tempe, AZ bar scene in the mid 90's. After that JD formed a band called the Naked Chollas. They went on to produce some great music and two CD's. Although the Chollas still play, JD decided to write some songs and brought back into the fold his old friend from the Gripwead to play some music. Hence The Stipulations were born, to play some hard driving power pop!!
