Artist description Comprised of Orlando DnB Stylists, Megatron and Prezident Cricket, Force Field is the name for this duo when they hit the live stage. Every time they perform they make sure to cover all the bases of this music. From the grittiest techstep or phunkatek, to the more jazz infused tunes, audiences will get a dose of every genre when Force Field throws down. The two have known and worked together well since 98' when they were introduced to the heavily electro/breakbeat oriented scene of Orlando Fl,. Sharing an immediate understanding and appreciation for the future of that scene brought them together. They first gained recognition 3 years back from the successful Flatlinaz show on local Orlando station 93.9, and then with their first weekly held at "The Tunnel". Then as part of the Flatlinaz, started the "Check ya Head" weekly, which was known for innovative sessions on four turntables, and a battle-friendly environment. With his own releases, Megatron has an upcoming original album, filled with his own special blend of DnB tracks that are unmatched in creative inspiration and bounceability. Prez. Cricket's personality is as cartoon-like as his nickname. He always mixes with quality control as a main priority, and understands the crucial importance of connecting the audience with what the DJ is doing. His stlye is that of a oldskool party dj who stumbled across a free crate of drum and bass records.
