Artist description Spinedraft are a 4-piece band from Northern England. Their influences vary that if you were to say which band they sounded like, it would be hard to find a band who is musically like them.

Artist History Russ Russell and Pawl decided to form a duet called deceit. Realising they had potential, they recruited guitarist Bartley Dave Nash and later completing the line-up with Jelly. (Anyone who has been told that someone called Phillip Wade is or has been in our band has been lied to, so get your spanking hands out!) A few name changes later (TortureGarden, The Hollow Chocolate Bunnies of the Apocalypse) and we have The MonoTones, a four-piece from County Durham, England. After losing the name The MonoTones, they have changed their name to Spinedraft.

Press Reviews Well what can I say, my first gig with the band and even I was nervous! Not long after Jelly stopped shitting herself we had a quick practice and then down to the youthy where we opened with a beauty of a song in 'Tainted love', and ended on an even better 'Disorder' (Thank fuck we took the swearing out!) 'The Biscuit Song' was well appreciated especially due to my appropriate screams!
