Artist description
"The sound of this music is result of a child's mind corrupted by early KISS vinyls being played while viewing "The Magnificent" Don Muraco and "The Wild Samoans" team up in a six man tag match on a Saturday morning and spilling Yoo-Hoo all over myself."
G Project are the recordings of Greg Fishman. Singer, Songwriter, Guitar and Bass. "It all started in a basement on 92nd Street in Brooklyn, New York sometime around 1993. It's no big deal. It just started and never stopped. I've always listened to so much music and I always want to hear so much more that's out there. Jamming is always fun then things start to happen. Different things."
"Electric guitar, bass, drums and melody and harmony is all this world needs man. It's weird my most intense inner passion always seems to be thinking about the drums. Here I am singing and playing guitar. First person I ever wanted to be was Peter Criss. The music of G project is completely influenced by KISS. Oh man! ‘Dressed to Kill’ on vinyl when I was 10 simply possessed me! That and the Mr. Fuji/Mr. Saito and Strongbow Bros. tag match changed my entire life forever. By listening to all those songs, the fake KISS fans won't ever understand why a person would become so influenced on raw power chord/melodic rock. And beyond! Wanting to listen to so many other things after that. People think it’s so weird to branch out from that, but listen to it. It automatically sends you in many musical directions always curious and always searching for a new 'something'. It's like a space trip that takes you everywhere from The Beatles to Nirvana to the underground where the real stuff is. The music of G Project will include many different musicians playing and recording with me as time goes on. I gotta leave the mind and the door opened for change. Change is always good for the soul, at least for me."
