Artist description Vessel are a 4 piece band from Suffolk, England.The music is melodic and heavy, but not at the expense of accessibilty. Their aim is to be enjoyed by people who wouldn't ordinarily listen to "that kind of music", and at the same time, retain their integrity so as not to alienate the fans of the heavy stuff.This is accomplished through strong hooks and grooves, and melodies you just can't ignore.

Artist History Vessel is a band born out of the ashes of two other local bands, Die Cast and Terra form.The fusing of the best of two bands was an instant success, apparent by the speed things took off for them.Vessel have performed live at Cairo Jacks in Soho, London a number of times, and more recently at the Borderline, also in Soho.In May '99 they released a 5 track CD EP entitled XEBEC, engineered by Mark Harwood (Cradle of Filth, Extreme Noise Terror and many more).Currently they're busy writing material for their next release and gigging in London and on the local scene.Much new material has been completed in recent weeks, which will appear on the next release, which is tentatively scheduled for recording in February 2000.Tour dates are being arranged to fit in with this release.
