10 years ago, a group of crack commandos was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. They promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade into the Galesburg underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as Nick Translation. |

Here's the list in no particular order: Roland EP-10, Roland Juno-60 synthesizer with MSQ-700 sequencer, Yamaha DX7IID, General Electric Air Organ, Baldwin and Kawai pianos, Melodica. Electric bass, Technics SL-1200 turntables, media sampling, computer synthesis, percussion (shaking egg, claves and such) and tape effects. Voice. Nick Translation does not use preproduced samples or synthesizer sample CD's. We believe in playing the real things. |
