Artist description
Wavelength is a British industrial rock band, put together to make the sort of music its members want to hear but that nobody else is playing.
Wavelength combines the traditions of 70s and 80s rock (lead guitar, anthemic choruses and fat basslines), adds a touch of modern metal (heavy ass guitars) and finishes the mix with the keyboards (see NIN and other industrial bands).
Our motto is this: "Music for weirdos by weirdos." If you like the bands mentioned below but feel frustrated by the lack of stuff that sounds like them, you've found the band you needed. |

Artist History
What started as a cool band name 6 years ago has developed as its various members played in other bands, honing their skills before Mr. D called them all together to complete his vision.
D himself is an ex-member of techno punkers Bi-Girl and more recently (i.e until early Jan 2003) techno metallers T-Lab, but sees Wavelength as the chance to make the music he's always wanted to at last.
Chris is an old mate of D's and the two have a shared love of the same kinds of bands, so when D offered Chris the job he was all for it.
Now all they need to do is get the stuff sorted and get out there and play! |
