Artist History My interest in music and, thereafter, music technology, began when I was eleven years old. I had gone to a disco at my school, Howden Senior School, and the D.J. had not turned up. As I only lived around the corner, I jogged home and asked my father if I could borrow his stereo system to save the day. He said yes, took the system and me back to the school in his car, and I gave my first performance as a D.J. From there, for each Xmas and Birthday, my parents have bought me various pieces of equipment. Firstly, items such as decks, amplifiers, speakers, lights etc. which I needed for my hobby as a local D.J., and secondly, items which I needed when I started to mix my own music and use synthesisers, computers and MIDI technology to enhance my range of capabilities. During the eight years that have passed since my first D.J. gig, I have assembled quite a sizeable library of vinyl records, CDs, mini disks and data tapes. The music is very diverse, ranging from the 50’s, right through every decade into the millennium, and including the music that I personally enjoy the most, e.g. the type that is played at venues such as Gatecrasher, Cream and God’s Kitchen. Now twenty years of age, I have successfully completed the following courses: ·       A two-year course in electronics at Hull College ·       Two music technology courses at Manchester Midi School: ·       M.M.S. Studio Recording Diploma: module I (7 months) ·       M.M.S. Studio Recording Diploma: module II (4 months)

Instruments I use serveral synths including the monster Access Virus C, Novation A Station the Novation D-Station. The mighty Sequential circuits Pro 1 & for mixing i use the yamaha O1V. I have recently fitted a TC Powercore & UAD-1 card into my macintosh G4 which Rocks

Additional Info Software i'm using at the moment, Cubase 5.2, Peak 3.2, TC Spark 2.6, Ableton live 2, NI Pro 53, D cota, waves 3.2 and many more.
