Artist description on.eir.ic (o-n-1'r-1-k) adj. 1. Of, relating to, or suggestive of dreams on.eir.ia (o-n-1'r-1-e) noun 1. The musical congregation of three like-minded individuals, schooled in such eclectic genres as jazz, metal, classical, etc., who collectively realize their influences and passions by means of the propagation of certain frequencies/soundwaves through a medium of air. Oneiria (Andrew McKee - guitar, Patrick Miller - drums, Julio Appling - bass) are a three piece instrumental group who have been playing music together since the fall of 2002. Strains of world, progressive, jazz, ethnic, death metal, and classical musics can be heard throughout our songs, for a better idea of what we sound like, you can search for our music on this site. We are based out of Redlands, CA, and have recorded a three song demo, which we soon hope to have replaced by a recording that better represents ourselves (seeing as how Julio wasn't involved in the first recording). We will be performing our virgin off-campus show at Leah's Playhouse on February 2nd, which will be followed up by a major show at the Knitting Factory in March.
