Artist History myclit(*) were born in the winter of 2000 from the ashes of an alternative rock band.From then on the three members ( ord:guitar and vocals; rethil:bass; neri:drum ) decided to devote themselves to a sound sharper than before consisting in a mix of alternative influences, heavy riffing and melodic,reflective atmospheres.The band,always looking for a personal style and refusing any banal or foreseen sound, concentrate its efforts on writing multi-shaded songs featuring vocals shifting from whispers to screams and dynamic,aggressive instrumental parts, creating a particular kind of sound self-defined “alternative-core”. In the second half of 2002 myclit(*) decide to add to their compositions samples and electronic loops engineered by k.jiz who become member of the band steadily. Menwhile,in the summer of 2002 the band records a four track demo simply entitled “myclit(*)”.
