Artist description
A promising new artist currently working on his first CD, collaborating with songwriter Mel Lester. A native of South Africa, Jono is completing a master's degree at Virginia Tech, after which he plans to launch both his career and music ministry. His music combines both a fresh sound and elements reminiscent of top CCM artists such as Michael W. Smith, Bryan Duncan, and Greg Long. |

Artist History
Jono has performed in various local groups in South Africa and the U.S. Currently, he is a member of the award-winning a capella group Juxtaposition. This group, which tours throughout Virginia and surrounding states, finished in the top five in an international a capella competition in Austria last year. Jono is a regular soloist in the group. He also performs at his church and other area churches. |
