Artist History BIOs ERIC and JEFF HOLDER have been writing, recording and playing the original music of REDLO both individually and together for the past 6 years, converging during semester breaks, summers and whenever else possible at their home outside of Chicago, down through central and southern Illinois, Missouri, West Texas and out to Seattle, Washington. In this time, they have clawed their way toward the dream of crafting a rock band with the FEEL of the music they enjoy-- like that of the Rolling Stones, the Velvet Underground, the Faces, Willie Nelson, Tom Waits, early AC/DC, Dylan, Prine, and Creedence Clearwater Revival, producing and recording over 8 albums of original material in the process. It was in Seattle, Washington that JEFF met G. STÜART STÜBONE, Greenfield-born lead and slide guitarist extraordinaire and veteran of the bands HANGING WITH SHORTY, 11% ED, and HARMONICA DAN & GEORDIE. It was here that JEFF and STÜ formed the backbone of GROG BARN, an acoustic blues band of staggering stamina and versatility that was a Seattle staple in clubs like the Galway Arms, the Irish Immigrant and the Kismet Café. Good fortune has recently seen fit to relocate this seasoned team in Western Massachusetts and they have performed at the Seven O’s, the Amherst Brewing Co., Mad Maggie’s, the White Eagle Society, Harry’s, the Mole’s Eye Café as members of the MUDSLUTS, STÜBONE, and the currently touring ROGUES. Recently acquired Rodney “the Rock” Rewis, featured drummer of the local bands the ROGUES and 10-25 rounds out REDLO’s quartet providing the foundation from which to launch the most exciting, versatile rock band to hit the eastern seaboard in many a long year.
