Artist History
It's pretty easy to create electronic music. Sterile beats mixed with emotionless synthlines programmed into a box that replays it all with no feeling, just blinking, apathetic lights. It takes something special to take these machines and craft a sound that not only conveys incredible emotion, but also vulnerability. Sure, machines may not make mistakes, but us humans that use them do. Repeatedly.
The music of Medicant Downline is a look into the future of invention, creation, and emotion. When the line between Man and Machine becomes so blurred that even the most astute MENSA member can't tell if Deep Blue is flesh and bone or merely Intel Inside, worlds collide in a ferious mix of confusion and exploration.. |
