Artist description January 25th, 2003 Hi, I'm H. Kent Craig, "Contributing Editor For Project Management" for Contractor magazine (Des Plaines, IL). Artist History Senior project manager, senior estimator and CPM scheduler in the mechanical contracting, consruction, and DP fields for twenty-five years. Career highlights include: 1) Being initial project manager on the $70,000,000.00 mechanical contract portion of a quarter-billion-dollar-with-a-capital-"B" building; also did everything for initial estimate for same except for the sheetmetal/ductwork; and drafted the first CPM schedule for the job. 2) Helped create, was Systems Analyst, Systems Architect, and Specialty Consultant for the second digitizer-based computerized construction estimating program ever written back in 1980-81 (DataSonix). 3) One of less than 500 people ever to earn all four unlimited Mechanical Master's Licenses in the State Of North Carolina.
