Artist History Cleveland was born in Nashville, Tennessee and played in bands during junior and high school. After graduation, he attended Tennessee State University and the University of Tennessee earning B. S. and M. S. Degrees in Sociology and Counseling. Cleveland didn't play any music during this time because he was employed full-time supporting himself and paying his way through college. But now , it's time to let the music play. Cleveland's music has been reviewed by publications such as Recording magazine and also local newspapers in Nashville such as The Metropolitan Times. His music has received airplay on several radio stations in the southeastern U.S.A. and also in Nashville on WRLT, WRVU, WMDB and WFSK.
