Artist History
British singer/songwriter who has had his songs recorded by Roger Daltrey, Dave Edmunds, Jon Anderson, Allan Holdsworth, Elkie Brooks, Patty Pravo, MikeBrandt, Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, Dada, P.P Arnold, and many others (Combined sales over 20 million copies). Was a star of the Original London cast of "HAIR". Was featured in "This is Spinal Tap". Gave Hendrix his first gig in the UK, to help him showcase to UK music biz. Two solo albums "Dancing in the Aisles", co-produced by rock veteran, Spencer Davis, made no. 4 on Billboards US national radio add-on chart and "Passing Stranger", featured Chris Spedding, Andy Roberts,and Allan Gorrie and Onnie McIntyre (Average White Band). He sang with Allan Holdsworth, on "Road Games" & "Metal Fatigue", singing and co-writing "In the Mystery". Picked for an appearance in the movie "Pirates of the Caribbean" he came up with the song of the same name, that has made No 1 on the UK MP3 Europop chart. His musical film drama "COMING TO", (theme song on the "NOT FOR ROBOTS" cd) is a serious look at a songwriter and the struggles and the benefits of a creative
life. Paul recently completed a stint on "Criminal", a George Clooney/Steven Soderbergh production, and will be seen working alongside Peter Mullen and John C. Riley.
