Artist description My name is Matt Long. I am a music "producer" from Columbus, OH. This is my second solo project, entitled Tree In Water. I previously produced under the monikor Shard6 doing general electronic and dance music. Since I recently joined The Superglue Experiment, a post-grunge band from the same town, I've been trying to progress into a less dance-influence style of music. Artist History I produced as Shard6 for nearly 6 years, creating music ranging from ambient to trance to breakbeat. My tastes in music have changed, however, and while I still enjoy these styles of music, I wish to do something different. I am trying to incorporate my influences from rock throughout my life, with electronic influences that have come in more recent years.
