Artist History
around the winter of o two andrew wanted to take his music a little further than the tape player. he joined up with some friends from an earlier band. roger druin who sang in an older band whom andrew was in. roger was asked to participate and play bass. andrew’s close friend tim jones was a shoe in for the drums. they write all the time and it was just natural for tim to fill in the open slot. being innovative and quick on his feet he was a perfect shade for the bands color. after writing a few songs and having a couple practices they realized something was missing, an element you could say to the final solution. this element was nick shoaf an old acquaintance of tims. though everyone in the band has written with nick at some point in their musical careers this was all very new. nick stepped in with his vocals and his patience for composing every instrument into songs. a few months had pasted
and while going over some material they decided to have andrew sing a song he wrote. after that andrew started singing every song. with the anticipation of the release of their ep everyone is on their toes to hear the outcome.
this is how kodiak became what we know of today. electronic madness |
