Artist History There is a place in Maryland, where hopes, dreams, and fear all come together. On a small rock that overlooks the finest view of the East Coast has to offer. When one sits down to enjoy such a sight of beauty… that is where THE VIEW FROM HERE will be… In a warm cozy basement four kids got together to make their dreams become a reality. Spending countless hours of their lives locked in that basement perfecting their sound, these kids were ready to show the world all that they can give. But things were not always as easy as the band would hope. Through growing up together the band faced many challenges not only as musicians, but as friends. Struggling, the band never died. Several changes were made in the line up, and even more in the style of music. But coming through the dark clouds was a hint of blue skies and friendship that helped the boys know that they would get through. After one year, seven girlfriends, a hell of a lot of Captain and hazy expectations… they once again became the strong force they were once before. Today they can be found rocking out on stages just about anywhere they can play, and hanging out around the house all day watching movies. Come see them soon and support the scene!
