Artist description
The Gingko Trio features the voice of Tricia Lee, with composer-guitarist James Wilson and bassist Raphaël François. Based in Paris, they play their own style of jazz featuring original compositions, an acoustic ambiance and generous measures of good humor and high energy. Their music lies at the meeting place of pop and jazz, in that area developed and explored by artists such as Tuck and Patti, Rickie Lee Jones, Joni Mitchell, Michael Franks and Dianne Reeves.
