Artist History
In 1995, Wolf Larson formed and creted the first album "Living
in the Darkness". After playing around Vermont and New Hampshire
we picked up guitarist Tim Gregg and in 1997 recorded the album
"Have You Seen My Keys", the next years brought a short hiatus while
Scott Graves, Vocalist, Chris Martin, guitarist, and Gregg
tried a short-lived project called PBM. Next, Graves and Gregg
hobbled along in Stranger Things...In 1998, Wolf Larson Co-founders
Martin and Graves, along with newcomers Bonnie Lee on Bass,
Albert Gallagher on guitar, and Mr. Secret on Drums brought
Wolf Larson back to life while Gregg joined Melissa Perusse
in a project call Youknow. In December of 1998, Wolf Larson IV
took to the studio again until August 1999, when they released,
egonomic$. Just as the album was released, in a strange twist of
fate Guitarist Tim Gregg dropped back into the picture. |

Press Reviews
IN YOUR EAR by Michael Thurston (Published in Sept.22, 1999 Washington World)
You know the story...someone you know hands you their CD...and you just cringe.
Local Bands are hungry...they need the exposure. What are you going to say if
it sounds like a spoon in a garbage disposal...Wolf Larson knew the inner turmoil
I felt...so rather than put me on the spot, they rewarded me with an excellent CD
instead! egonomic$ is a healthy blend of well-written and well-performed songs.
Lead vocalist Scott Graves moves from rocker to ballad with ease and conviction,
and reminds me of The Brandos lead vocalist Dave Kincaid. As with all local
bands, there is always too little time and money...but unlike most local bands
who make that an excuse, Wolf Larson makes an album instead! |
