Artist History
Tim Hockenberry is a singer’s singer who
has caught the ear and admiration
of Bonnie Raitt among others. Her deep
appreciation of his talents has prompted
her to invite him to onstage to sing duets
with her several times in the last year.
Tom Corwin (who worked with Bonnie
on her last album "Fundemental")
first heard Tim while out with Bonnie
at a local club. When Tim opened
his mouth to sing he knocked them both out and
Tom immediately approached Tim about
producing some music together.
Tom Corwin has performed and
recorded with many artists
including Bonnie Raitt, Booker T.,
and Patti LaBelle.
A duo performance of Tom with Bonnie
Raitt recorded live for a National broadcast of
"Rockline" was released on KFOG's
"Live from the Archives" compilation
CD. Tom performed for the last
two years in a new four piece
group with Booker T. and finished the year
on tour as a member of "The phenomenal"
House of Blues Band (Blues Revue magazine 1/99).
