Artist History Swamp Dog was formed in February of 1999, when various friends introduce the band members to each other. In the first year and a half, Swamo Dog has played 50 shows up and down the East Coast with frequent stops at the Lion's Den in NYC, The Deer Park Tavern in Newark, Deleware and the up and coming Recher Theatre in Towson, MD. Swamp Dog already has 50+ original tunes and a vast library of covers ready to go at any time. They have been playing with a keyboard player for the last couple gigs and expect to add him into the band for the upcoming spring tour.
