Artist description
---After a two-year hiatus, Rosemary Crass has returned to the Boston Music Scene and is once again ready to rock. Keeping true to its original form, the band continues to transcend classification. With music driven by melody and ranging from acoustic rock, to space rock, to in your face hard rock, it leaves the listener only to beg the question, What genre?" Answer: How about Alternative Rock? Influenced by artists such as Nirvana, Alice In Chains, Pink Floyd, Radiohead, and The Beatles, RmC's tunes are quickly distinguished from the rest of their peers.
---During the break, Carmine (vocalist) and, Mike (drummer) jammed with other musicians but were unable to unearth the musical chemistry necessary to satisfy their creative energies. One day, while talking to a friend, Carmine expressed his desire to put RmC back together, however one crucial element was missing - a bass player. A mutual friend of both Carmine and Brendan quickly put the two college friends back in touch. After a few electrifying practices, it was clear that Brendan would become the foundation to RmC's rythym section.
---Now toting a solid foundation and a renewed energy, RmC was left itching for 'more'. After months of searching, 'more' came in the form of 'rockitude'. In steps Bob, armed with an endless supply of effects, music theory, and expert playing; It seemed just the thing to take RmC to the next level. With the puzzle now complete, Rosemary Crass, is now stronger than ever and ready to explode onto the Boston Rock Scene. |
