Artist History
Charles G. Watson has worked under many pseudonyms, and has worked with many other artists and groups, such as Ichor (now "I Totem"), Virex, Unhappiness Club, and England's Zoviet France.
Some success was had in the 90's with the group Nubile G & the Spurious Whiz, and the hit "Your Jolly Giant" which went to #1 in Croatia (then part of Yugoslavia), and subsequently with the draft-dodging local hit "Why Did I Come to Canada?". Their third release called "America Is A Paper Tiger" failed to impress radio programmers.
After experimenting in many genres of music, Charles G. Watson now composes music for films and other side projects.
Most recently, The music of Organism was featured in the film "Happy Birthday Duncan" directed by Neil Jones.
Mr. Watson is also rumoured to be involved in "BAR", a group that espouses the "importance of alcohol consumption". |
