Artist description
More or Less formed in the summer of 1997 in the town of Oldsmar, FL, just outside of the Tampa St. Petersburg area. The band consisted of three best friends from high school: Andy Francis, Matt Raminick, and Matt Walsh. They practiced everyday after school in Matt R's bedroom, mainly for fun. Before long, another Matt was added to the fray on lead guitar, Matt Sekanick, and the four played together as much as they possibly could, perfecting their art and creating the More or Less sound. It could be compared to anything from Lagwagon to Weezer, to Green Day and No Use. The wide range of influence could and still can be heard throughout their music, but isn't ever consistantly evident. Fast foward a little bit and its 2002. The four are a better and tighter than ever.
Hundreds of shows and thousands of miles later, More or Less is prepared to independently
unleash their first real full length effort entitled "Templeton" on the world and plans
on playing anywhere and everywhere their 1986 Chevy Beauville will let them. The live set
has always been the focus of More or Less' efforts, and is evident than ever today.
One can expect an intense, driving live show that gives the crowd a dose or
More or Less' orginal sound as good live as it is on tape. |
