Artist History
Well to say that it all started years ago would not be a lie, because it did. It was mainly done out of the sadness that Chris had over losing friends to school and time. So the one man society started, with its vague goal of finding old friends. For a short while he recruited two peoria locals to help him on this quest, but without success. For this was a journey that had to be done alone, at least for now. So as the quest went on Chris discovered that he had friends in places he never heard of before, in towns he had never set foot. Though this should of made Chris happy, but it did not. Chris still had no mail from friends, only the occasional piece of junk mail, and there was no smiling faces when he visited the towns he knew his friends resided, just cold rooms with strangers. So he continues his quest, but with little success. |

Press Reviews
A few people from the indie pop list like Chris's Voice. Chris from So Scientific and First Grade Crush thought the tape was Cool. Roy from very secratary thought Chris's stuff was decent."Pathos is a term used to refer to art's ability to invoke in us feelings of pity, sympathy or sorrow. The Lost Letter Society's frail, anemic music is suffused with pathos. Minimalist compositions eked out of vocals, guitar and violin that are as thin and fragile as a fly's wing."- Snap.com (Hey its a review) |
