Artist History
Laruso began in late 2002, all the while writing and recording as they searched for the right musicians to complete the line-up. Finally after many months the line-up was complemented by Max (former Alec Empire / No Jahoda drummer)and completed by guitarist Carl Bown in june 2003, and immediately the band went to work on recording a single with John Hannon (hundred reasons, copperpot journals), and plan to release this toward the end of the year. |

Press Reviews
"Sounding uncannily like a cross between early Faith no More and The Lostprophets, Laruso should have dollar signs KERCHING-ing in the coke-F**ked eyes of A&R arseholes everywhere. Its all here, the swagger, the sound, the songs, the production. Shit this is as slick as a dog with two dicks dipped in brylcream and dressed in a flash tuxedo...a year from now they're going to be driving brand new ferraris into giant swimming pools full of enormous gold tits. This isnt a demo, its a hit album in waiting" 9/10 Metal Hammer, demo of the month, May 2003 |
