Artist description Matthew is a well above average traditional style guitarist who loves ancient ballads above all. He also writes a lot of material, some in the obviously traditional style, and some with a more modern feel; Perfect Love is almost a pop song although he maintains that this is a strange accident that the chords led him to! He is fond of using some modern instrumentation such as synths and even virtual instruments in recording, as long as they don't become the focus of the song.
