Taking cues from Sonic Youth, John Cage, Black Dice, The User, Experimental Audio Research, and My Bloody Valentine, Auto*Pilot tends to stay as far away as possible from traditional music to create chaotic noise, yet sometimes soothing organic music. Their heavily experimental sound focuses on layering noise and various sounds over electronic beats and samples.
