Artist History My mom told me that when I was just a little toddler (ya know, at the age where you know Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and stuff) I sang those kinds of songs and I hit the pitch prefectly. Through my childhood I always loved singing in church. In 5th grade I was in the elementary school's talent show singing "Hit Me Baby One More Time" by Britney Spears (I'm not into her anymore, though. But she was popular back then) I REALLY started singing country music, not pop. My dad listened to country music loud in the living room every night and I enjoyed it, too. My first real favorite artist was LeAnn Rimes. I sang to her music (like Blue and One Way Ticket, etc.) and my voice got trained to sing country music. This year I am in my school choir. For the Winter Concert I tried out to sing duets for 2 songs and got both. I am also in this small All Star Choir for the month. Each choir teacher was told to choose 2 students to be in it and I was one of them. I also tried out for this small singing group ('Teen Harmony') and made it. So this year I am obviously VERY busy! When my friends hear me sing, they totally notice the country sound in my voice, and make sure I know it! I hope you enjoy hearing me sing some of my original songs here on mp3.com!
